Attention!!! We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Only our express shipping rate will require a signature. There if you are aware of lost or stolen packages in your area we would suggest to pay for express shipping so that the package is not left at the door.

We only ship product to confirmed addresses. The address has to confirm via PayPal. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm. Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days. We only ship Monday – Friday.
All So Unique Hair must be in it’s natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, Unravel, or no cutting of the weft (unused). You are allowed to exchange hair but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 5 days from the delivery date. The Return/Exchange policy starts at the delivery date by emailing info@SoUniqueHair.com. Anytime after the 5 days, an exchange or return will not be accepted.
So Unique Hair is not responsible for any lost/damage packages. We will not issue any refunds if your package is lost and/stolen. If your package is returned to So Unique Hair. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment fees.

WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. MAKE SURE YOU’RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT’S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON’T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON’T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT’S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.
Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages Delivery is with the USPS or FedEx. Business days are Monday-Friday
After receiving your tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com or www.FEDEX.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from PayPal. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after (8) business days from placing your order please contact customer service at info@SoUniqueHair.com.
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily during business hours. For the protection of our customers, the billing address must match the shipping address and we will not alter shipping addresses on orders once your payment is complete.
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within FIVE (5) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!
A refund, excluding the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the So Unique Hair security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 2-3 days of receipt.
Yes, you can make an exchange within FIVE (5) DAYS. The So Unique Hair security seal MUST NOT BE BROKEN! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will NOT issue an exchange and the hair will remain idle until the customer pays the shipping to receive the same hair back to you. To avoid this event we recommend contacting us at info@SoUniqueHair.com prior to shipping any items back to us.
All Sales are final on custom colored products, wig products and eyelashes. Unopened bundles may be returned.
Please attach a note inside your package including your name, order number and reason for return!
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because So Unique Hair will not be responsible for lost returns. USPS has been the most reasonably priced shipper when it comes to tracking.

Our hair is 100% raw and natural virgin hair and we guarantee that our hair can be colored, but we are not responsible for the work of any stylist who tries to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of “So Unique Hair”.
You must contact us first before returning your package at info@SoUniqueHair.com within the FIVE (5) day return period. All So Unique Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it’s original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. All return shipping fees are solely at the responsibility of the customer, there will be no shipping return labels sent to you. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the So Unique Hair security seal on the bundle has been broken!
